We are not a large firm, and consequently have the ability to provide high quality customized services at a very competitive price.

Company Background

ANET was founded in 1995 as a network engineering and technology firm.  The founders were former Sprint engineers with over 30 years of global enterprise networking technology experience.  They have worked in a variety of high quality IT environments, and are intimately familiar with the significance of strong customer service skills.   

The commitment to technology, quality and strong customer service provided a foundation for success as ANET continued to grow naturally through repeat business and referrals. As a technology company, our engineers continually research and re-educate with the latest and most competitive IT solutions.  We strive to provide the best available solutions to an organization’s business objectives.

Referrals continue to be our primary means of growth today.  Our success and stability is evident , as we are financially strong and have maintained a growing customer base throughout an inconsistent economy.

Engineering Support Team

ANET’s support team has been built on the premise that high quality services require high quality people, and that technical expertise alone, is not enough to be successful. Our engineers must demonstrate effective people skills as well as technical proficiency through continual training and accumulated experience.

 Minimum qualifications for ANET Engineers:

• Five years of industry experience, average of ten years.
• Customer Service experience.
• Maintain at least one major industry certification.
• Anticipate undefined project and support needs.
• Ensure projects and support issues are completed on time and within budget

About the Founder

Founder and C.EO., John Jankowski has over 24 years in the computer and computer network industry.  John has a bachelors degree and holds certifications for Microsoft, Novell, HP Compaq, Citrix, VMWare, McAfee, Vertical Networks, IBM and Cisco products.  He has IT consulting and employment experience in government, educational, Medical, small, medium and large corporate environments.

ANET’s business philosophy stems from John’s education and experience. That is, the ideals of quality, integrity and customer service
